The No Gi Required podcasts have not only inspired me in my Jiu-Jitsu journey, it is a comfort to listen to on hectic and stressful days. Some episodes I revisit and listen to more often than others. I enjoy hearing the stories from guests of their Jiu-Jitsu journeys. Master Jean Jacques has the ability not only to inspire, but he has a way of nurturing the soul, providing a light of guidance.
